Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

• Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at support@lunazahluxe.com or via our Contact page.

• Once your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship it to our address.
