Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

To cancel an order, please email support@lunazahluxe.com with your order number.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still raise a return request after delivery as per our return policy.
